Right to withdraw

Last reviewed 22 September 2026

Who this is for

You are a consumer if you buy outside your trade, business or profession. Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. Businesses do not have this right; what they have instead is the refund promise in the Terms.

Outside the EU the same 14 days are offered as a matter of policy rather than of law, on the same terms: ask, and we refund.

When the 14 days run

From the day after the order is confirmed. For a subscription, from the day after the first period is confirmed.

The box at the checkout

i2b is digital content and a digital service: a licence, a migration script, a write into your target. Those are delivered as soon as the payment arrives, which is what most people want.

The law lets you ask for that early start, and says you lose the right to withdraw once delivery has begun. So the checkout asks you to tick a box saying exactly that, and records the moment you ticked it. If you would rather keep your 14 days, do not tick it: write to hello@i2b.app instead and we will hold the order and start work after the 14 days have passed.

For a subscription, withdrawing inside the first 14 days ends it and refunds what you paid, less a proportionate amount for the days you had access, when you asked for an early start.

How to tell us

An email to hello@i2b.app is enough, or a letter to the registered address on the contact page. Any clear statement works; the form below is offered for convenience.

Once we have your notice we refund everything you paid within 14 days, by the same means you paid by, at no cost to you.

If something goes wrong

Write to us first — most things are settled the same day. If you are not satisfied, a consumer in Bulgaria may contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP), and a consumer elsewhere in the EU their own national consumer authority. In Australia, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or your state fair-trading office; in Canada, your provincial consumer affairs office; in the United States, your state attorney general.
